I’m a wife, mother of two college age boys, 3 Beagles, and 1 yellow tabby catl. I’m also a longarm quilter and fiber artist. I’m happiest in my creative soul when I’m listening to some great jazz music and I’m surrounded by all of my artsy goodies, i.e. beads, fibers, paint, etc., all wild, vivid colors. If you’re interested in my quilting services, contact me at LongarmLynn@aol.com or 661-619-2461.

- You Are Impressionism You think the world is quite beautiful, especially if you look at it in new and interesting ways. You tend to focus on color and movement in art. For you, seeing the big picture is much more important than recording every little detail. You can find inspiration anywhere... especially from nature.

We have a rescue beagle…Bailey! He is such a joy to us…one person’s loss was our joy!
Love your animals in the pic. Some days that’s exactly all I feel like doing! Had a great time in Houston–fun hanging out with you. Congrats on your journal quilt in the show.
Hey Lynn,
I know you are a fellow David Cook fan(atic), and I don’t know about you, but now that Idol is over I’m having Cookie withdrawals. So. . . I went on the American Idol website today and looked at some of the photos just so I could relive some of my favorite David Cook moments. Anyway . . . guess what I found!! A David Cook screensaver. Ooohhh . . . you’ve got to have it. Check it out at American Idol. I think it’s under the “Community” button.
p.s. your jelly roll quilt looks great!

Hi Lynne,
I too am from Bakersfield, transplanted to Savannah, MO a couple of years ago. My children still live there and visit often. Ran across your blog from your post of the Quiltville Yahoo group. I’m working on the DD quilt and finishing up the Old Tobacco Road her last mystery quilt.
Good talking with you!
Margaret
I’ve been to Missouri on a few occasions, and I loved it! The A-1 Quilting Machines corporate office is located in Springfield. Were you ever a member of the quilt guild here in Bakersfield?
